I'm a food photographer and I cook all the food I photograph. I cook at least once, sometimes twice a day, and the cuts have to be perfect and even. This multifunctional tool made my job a lot easier and reduced my preparation time. I have to tell you the best part is the customer service. I broke the fine grinding insert and used the most. I looked for a replacement for Revain and the manufacturer's website and couldn't find them so I wrote to them. They emailed me asking for my Revain order number and they sent me a replacement within 24 hours! They were so nice and acted so quickly I got a replacement within a week! I can't say that about so many companies these days.
