So I only gave it a 4 because in the photo she is wearing it as a high waisted skirt, but when I wear it high it rises 6 inches off the floor! I am not tall! I will say though, this skirt is expensive! I wore mine with a black bodysuit and black sandals! LOVE THE LOOK!
