. So I bought the system not expecting it to excel among budget speakers. I was wrong! that was a very good sentence! Not spectacular, just good, full sound! But after about a week and a half, the woofer started turning on and off intermittently, eventually turning off completely. I contacted the company, took some pictures of the woofer and emailed them to the company who just sent me a second full speaker set for free in return! I received the goods within a few days! It was not necessary to return the defective set! Their response was so timely, polite and professional that I am giving them a 5 star bonus just for this experience. However, after a little over a month with the new speakers, the new bass speaker kicked itself out. I've worked with large stage speakers and some studio systems most of my life, and while they're not amazing speakers (I wasn't expecting a Klipsch or Onos sound), they deliver a very pleasing, much richer sound when working than on most computers. . I didn't want to give them a bad review due to the professionalism of the company and the sound quality of a fully working system, but on both systems that were sent to me the bass eventually went away and it ended up working as the system is needed. Good company but not the best product.
