Packaging was new and arrived in a day or two as expected. Packing: 2 blue hard plastic wheels as shown. Allen keys are NOT included. You will need two 0.55mm allen wrenches to remove and replace the wheels. Our scooter is used continuously for around 10 hours a week, including weekends. I don't know how long these wheels are supposed to last but after 8 weeks they had to be replaced but I've waited 10 weeks as this is our 3rd scooter and I'm still surprised when they wear out. The same 98mm blue wheels cost $12.66 in January-February 2015, dropping to $9.99 (April 2015), but even better, the orange wheels have dropped to $6.18. Today I ordered 5 sets. Please note these wheels DO NOT light up or do anything special. My Razor scooter is like the previous two, but this scooter is brought indoors every night, not just stored on our covered patio, and has outlasted our other two scooters for several months and is still working. I attach photos, the rear wheel is completely worn out but the front wheel is still alive. If I get new wheels I will definitely change them every month.
