I'm just in love with this car. I use it at least several times a week. When I bought a food processor, I knew I needed one that would make homemade nut butters without taking too much time, so I took a chance by purchasing this Hamilton Beach unit. This machine makes nut butter easily in just minutes. I have friends and family who literally have to run their cars for 15 minutes to get the nut butter to the right consistency. Took me less than 5 minutes. In the photo you can see my sunflower oil. I also often use it to make mashed cauliflower and homemade food for my dog. I really like how fast he does everything. Also, the bowl is quite large and I like the suction cups on the bottom of the unit which keep the unit secure on the counter with no chance of it moving, tipping over etc. Highly recommended!
