Great stone for pizza. Kitchen & Dining
Does what it says on the tin - I've made a couple of sourdough pizzas and this stone helps crisp up the crust and keeps the oven temperature stable. The size is perfect and it's a good weight so it won't slip when you take a hot pizza out of the oven.
