This item arrived on time as expected and in new condition. Good thick quality material that will definitely stand up to dogs. My issues with this item are as follows: The size and location of the clips that go around the headrests are not appropriate for all vehicles. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 that doesn't completely cover the floor and leaves a 4-5 inch gap on each side, but due to the position of the straps and headrest clips, the accessory/toy bag hangs down. Also, one end of the clip is attached to the main tail and the other to the side flaps, making it impossible to use unless your car is exactly the same width and the headrests are in the right place. This leaves no room for differences between different vehicles. Having to use suction cups on the windows and stick velcro to the interior of my car is frustrating. You could easily design this to use the factory installed luggage hooks already found on SUV/Crossover vehicles, but due to the design of loops rather than drawstrings this is still not possible. Also, using it with dogs sitting on it in a moving vehicle opens up the possibility of damaging windows and scratching/marring the internal plastic components where you attach the velcro straps (the scratchy part is attached to the seat cover). and the soft part with velcro is what you put on the inside of your car.) - Pictures are misleading. It should be clearer that this is only intended to cover the car's cargo area, not the entire rear with the rear passenger seats folded down. The images give the impression that you can lower the rear passenger seats and attach clips to the front seat headrests. You can not; the item is not long enough to cover the entire floor area with the seats down. If it were designed for more versatile use and without the need to attach hooks and velcro to my car, this would be the perfect purchase. The quality of the material is good and durable. The plastic clips that attach to the headrests could be of better quality. Since this is for animals and not just general protection, the clips should be made of better quality, durable plastic or metal. I assume that they break easily and relatively soon. All this to say I need this for an upcoming trip so not sure I'll be returning it and ordering something else. I can leave it as it still provides good coverage when I need to get something dirty/dangerous into the interior of my car. Even if the side flaps are not attached with Velcro and not with hooks.
