As others have said. The screen is a little hard to see as it's blue and the blue light underneath I have to put something in front of it at night because it's next to my bed and it's bothering me. I enter information into the phone book, but the sound is kind of metallic. The phone book numbers are shown on the phone screen when someone calls, but the names in my phone book are not shown. So I can't tell who's calling. Support had a few suggestions that didn't help and then I was told the phones were older models that might not have worked with more modern lines. I return cell phones.
