The magnet isn't strong enough to hold it on my fridge without slipping. I'm a little worried that one day the clip holding the probe from opening will break. Otherwise it's great, easy to read, has a meat manual right on it and seems to read in about 10 seconds. It would be really cool if it could beep when it stabilizes at the correct reading like an oral digital thermometer does so you know when it's done. Update: The sensor no longer stays closed. I just leave it pulled out and slap it on the fridge and the magnetic calling card that's kind of keeping it up keeps it up.
