I've used them for grilling in the past especially park grills and they work great. This time I decided to use them for the bottom of the oven. They taste just as good in the oven as they do on the grill.

These mats work better than I thought they would. Yes, you leave grill marks. They prevent the inflammation of the fat. They are easy to clean. I've cooked chicken, burgers, and sausage and have been amazed by the results. I'm glad I bought this brand of grill mats.

This food thermometer is great, has a great range and didn't break when I dropped it in milk while making cheese. However, it would be better if it had a clip so I could attach it to the potty instead. This is not a problem if you are using it to cook meat as you simply insert the tip.

These mats are ideal for frying tender fish fillets. Also useful for grilled chicken that tends to stick to the grill. Reduces inflammation from dripping fat when cooking hamburgers. Excess fat can simply be wiped off with a paper towel before dripping onto the grill. You need to watch out for hot spots on your grill when on high settings. Easy to clean and amazingly durable, suitable for repeated use.

I've only been using it for a month and a half but I like it so far. It is 6 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide, and when the sensor is open it is 10 1/2 inches long. I tested it with boiling water to verify accuracy and it showed 211.5 which is close enough for me. about 5 seconds. It takes one AAA battery. The magnet is useless as it barely holds the device to the fridge. I added my own magnetic stripe. The one I received is orange. Unless.

The magnet isn't strong enough to hold it on my fridge without slipping. I'm a little worried that one day the clip holding the probe from opening will break. Otherwise it's great, easy to read, has a meat manual right on it and seems to read in about 10 seconds.
