Perfect for what they are.
I use small dots of glue for honeycomb decorations. They are 3/16 tall and permanent. All the people who say they don't work don't read the specs carefully enough. There are many different sizes and different levels of stickiness. Some are for temporary use. One thing I've noticed is that they stick better to what you want to tie them to than to themselves. They're also a lot easier to place if you use tweezers. Make sure they lie flat or they won't stick.
