These bolts did a great job fixing a busted passenger side exhaust manifold on a 2014 Hemi 5.7 with only 45,000 miles on it. This is a common problem and I had to drill out the screw with a Lisle jig. You must drill slowly, under 1000rpm, and use oil to lubricate and cool the drills. Use good quality bits. Don't buy a new header, just take your header to a machine shop and have them rebuild. It cost me $35. Check the collector by placing it on a flat surface. If it wiggles back and forth, it will deform and the new screw will break. Apply anti-seize compound to new bolts and turn in all threads. Torque everything to 18 pounds and torque the heat shield bolts to 11 pounds.
