straight out of the box this thing is solid. Easy wired connection BUT after everything is connected there are several reasons I would NOT recommend this. Once plugged in, the lights are so dark blue you can't tell if they're on. Because of this, the voltmeter is useless. you can't see it They are by no means the same as in the photo. You CAN see them in total darkness, but forget about it in the early morning, afternoon, or evening. Another problem is that the switches themselves are extremely sensitive. You barely touch them, and they contract, then switch off and sway from side to side. Honestly. I don't see this panel standing up to the fishing season. This is the second brand of panel I have received from Revain and I think you are better off making it yourself or spending more money and getting it from a boat center.
