Good quality but not enough.
I usually wear a size medium (I'm 21 year old male, about 5'7" and 190 pounds, well built). I deliberately chose a size larger to be on the safe side. I love this shirt, but you should know that if you work out or just have pretty big hands, this shirt fits my shoulders and even my forearms well. Now I will wear it as a t-shirt in winter. Be sure to order two sizes. at least.
