We also spray them with water every day and let them sit in the sun for 30 minutes to get some vitamin D. We added a piece of PVC pipe to her for nesting and a day later placed an empty box in her cage. interruption. We also take her out at night so she can sit on the perch and stare at me for her pleasure. Finding a toy she liked was problematic. Most of them sit unattended in the corner of their cage until we get them out and strap them to their roost. So we expected her to give up that SunGrow chew toy and just watched and hoped for the best. It took her two days to get it, but now she spends a lot of time analyzing it and tearing pieces out of it. This is clearly a win for them, and at only $11.95, this is a winner for us. This is a great choice for a picky parrot.
