3.5 stars. Ok but not fantastic. I have used other machines that are faster and have better handling. This may work better in timer mode or slow cooker mode. Rice takes forever (twice as long as my old and cheaper machine). Also, it took so long to get up to temp and start the countdown timer so I was worried I would fail and there is no real sign of it making progress so you just have to trust that it is a try. A better interface would be helpful. Does it warm? This time? Trains? The power light comes on and there are rotating lights, but it doesn't really tell you anything useful during the warm-up. However, it is very easy to clean. The non-stick coating on the pan really isn't sticky.
