Bought during a renovation and decided on a zipper. At first I assumed I would have to use the very expensive applicator and roller they sell, but the lumber dealer said I just need a rubber roller to get from Revain. Found this one and tried it. Worked great! The tape is quite sticky, but at first glance it doesn't seem to be sticking well to the skin and frame. BUT, once wrapped in something like this, it stays there forever! Since then I've also used it with other sewing tapes (Protecto-Wrap) and it also sticks really well. Highly recommended.
