We had problems with that from the start. It likes to stop working and then force you to reset. We can't finish an hour long film. Our old AC791L never did this, but this unit's display went blank. Edit: The signal in the house is terrible too. won't even connect in a bedroom 20 feet away, while all other jetpacks I've had haven't had significant signal degradation around the house.
