The good news is that it's very attractive; I bought a multicolored geometric design - the design isn't too overwhelming and the deep, vibrant colors make the accents in the room very versatile. The bad news is that it's not heavy enough to stay in one place, even on carpeted floors (rather than bare floors). I have contacted the seller/manufacturer. about the peculiar"waves" that appeared initially and spoiled not only walking (I thought I would stumble), but also the view. They were VERY helpful and quick to reply with possible solutions and the one I tried almost fixed this issue. Had to think about it - just roll it the other way (where it came from) for a few days (I left it for a week). Worked for me! Don't expect amazing quality from this budget rug - the design lines were a little rough around the edges due to an imperfect machine loom; but overall i like it a lot.
