This is our second Artesia raclette. We borrowed the first one and ended up gifting it to a family member who decided to buy a larger one for our home. Good price for it. When we received the package the granite countertop and 2 cheese platters were broken but the manufacturer was very easy to deal with and sent a replacement. No questions. All in all this is a great car. It's a little more than a traditional raclette for 8 people, but not by much. I don't like where the temperature dial is (behind the knob) but other than that it was fine for us.
