Well made and functional

After careful research, we ordered this grill based on reviews and performance. Heats up quickly and evenly. Granite cooked everything evenly and was easy to clean. It is recommended to lubricate the granite with oil before cooking. Very happy with the performance and ease of use.

family favourite! at Indoor Grills & Griddles

We couldn't wait for the real cheese but it was delicious and I loved watching my family gather around the warm grill for lunch. I have some pain issues and this was a great way to make a quick meal for my family. I'll be checking Pintrest tonight for more ideas, everyone loved it! From my 5 year old to my 18 year old!

This is our second Artesia raclette. We borrowed the first one and ended up gifting it to a family member who decided to buy a larger one for our home. Good price for it. When we received the package the granite countertop and 2 cheese platters were broken but the manufacturer was very easy to deal with and sent a replacement. No questions. All in all this is a great car. It's a little more than a traditional raclette for 8 people, but not by much. I don't like where the temperature dial is…

Great for four people or fewer

I purchased this product a while ago based on my food service experience and then last year a friend referred me to this product again. I love how it combines entertainment and stimulates conversation. However, the sizing for 10 people seems wrong unless 10 people take turns. The grill is too small to accommodate all 10 people at the table at the same time to participate in the cooking process. I would say cook no more than 4 at a time. I grew up with this type of grill at home and have fond memories of quality family BBQ and fun DIY cooking. Now that I have my own child I wanted to have the same cooking and eating experience. It's a hit when friends drop by - great conversation and fun cooking. You can cook whatever you want to eat! The temperature is high enough to cook meat and vegetables, but not thick pieces.
