Bad quality control. Poor customer service

2021 PURCHASE CAUTION Purchased 02/2021 - Assuming 3 arms, 1 for laptop tray holder, 1 for each monitor arm connecting the gas spring to the B-pillar. There are only 2 included and it looks like the manufacturer left out a design detail. Revain sent a replacement but the replacement had the same issue. If you look at how the item is packaged you can see that they didn't even think of the third hand, there isn't even room for it. So if you're buying in 2021, you can expect Revain returns to be easier to handle than Huanuo. Huanuo doesn't even have a support page, the link Revain provides takes you to a 404 page. Also in the 4th picture on the listing you can see that the monitor arms have 3 sections. That's not true, there are only 2 sections in each monitor arm.
