I was very excited for this product to work, however, I am disappointed.There is a 60 degree? setting and a 70 degree? setting (it also comes with a thermometer) the wax gets way to hot to dip your hands in so you need to shut it off and let it cool down. BUT if you forget about it you need to start it up again as it get solid.Okay, so I figured that the thermometer is useless which is not a big deal right? The wax provided is not enough to cover the entire hand so it gets messy trying to cover. I have very bad pain in my hands and it will not cover the part of my hand that is in pain so the mess begins. I love the mitts that come with as it keeps the wax warm for some time that is a plus. I was not able to use more than 2 times before the wax became to low to use so I will purchase more.
