There is no hex on the cup holder removal tool.

Absolutely impossible to use it for its intended purpose. It doesn't have a hex on the end to remove the nipple cap retainer. I really don't understand how it was sent like that. I'm glad I bought it before I really needed it. At least it gave me time to buy from another vendor.
