I've made a lot of really stupid online purchases, but this is the worst! I read reviews, ratings, all from different sites. I liked the idea of a competing branded pedal, but didn't like the fact that it breaks a lot. With a steady income, this was a huge ruin for us. There is nothing I don't like about the functionality of this mop. I just like the beautiful green color! Unless you're small, like 5ft or less, this will kill your back to make sure the mop stays at the right angle and doesn't tip over! That is hard. But with this mop I don't have to work twice as much, not even 10 times more, but 100 times more! My grandmother said tonight that she had never seen a machine like this and thought it was cute, but it felt like I was working myself to death! And I was! I'd rather get on my hands and knees. I am extremely disappointed. If finances allow I will try competing brands as I will not be leaving. In the meantime, I'll buy a $14 mop at my local store! R2d2 was great but could follow it at will! Imagine having to carry this thing around with you! Too bad my stupidity was made worse by ordering it when I was out of town and not being able to use it in time to get a refund.
