The ease of creating new task is one thing I like best about this software it's very simple to use even for non techies as well! It can be used by any level employee from entry levels staff all way up through management personnel so that there are no barriers in using such tools within an organization!! Nothing at my current time but if something was missing or needed improvement then would love more reports available without purchasing separate products which may not fit your budgeting needs etc., As stated above we have many users throughout multiple departments therefore allowing us access via VPN into different offices across several states has been great.
