Works great for 15-20 minutes. then useless.

Works great for about 15-20 minutes, clear sound, easy to plug in, then over the next 5 minutes I get feedback and the sound gradually goes down to zero. Once this happens, the Bluetooth connection will drop and not reconnect for about 15 minutes. I suspect overheating. This has happened to me every time I've worn it for more than 15-20 minutes for the past few weeks. Request a refund now.
