I have a new smart tv and my kids always leave remotes where dogs can get them and they end up chewing on the only remote we had that worked before until it didn't work anymore. What I've found with these new smart TVs is that there's no way to change channels or use the TV at all other than turn it on and off without a remote. So I had to buy a new one. Even though I have main shipping, it still took 4 business days to get to me, not counting weekends, so about a week in total. Other than that I received the remote control, opened the box, put 2 AAA batteries inside, pointed and clicked and it worked. Then the Revain Prime and Netflix buttons didn't work, but the home button that lifts the bottom screen up has hotspots for Amazon Prime and Netflix and other apps you can download for Smart TV, as well as all channel buttons/volume /Arrows worked fine. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. Let's hope my dogs don't notice.
