Update (7/4): Having installed 12 of these I want to share more info - make sure you tighten the set screw (loosely in a plastic bag and I have two of them fall and frantically searched to find it) into the plate before attaching the plate to the wall bracket. To make sure the hook is tight you really need to screw the set screw in as tight as you can - it took me at least 4-5 turns to tighten it enough for the hook not to move (all the hooks were mounted on the back of the tree ). (hollow) doors Overall the product is good but for the price I still say the other screws (wood/drywall) should be included. All hardware for laying tile (included), drywall or wood (not included) If you look at the packaging and compare to the actual items included they don't match - hence the three stars. Luckily I have wood screws lying around as these hooks are not going to be mounted on tiled surfaces.
