I bought these to fit in some thin speaker boxes that I collect. Having installed the Infinity speakers in my 5.1 home theater I was happy to purchase them based on that experience and quality. They sounded good when I installed them, but there were a frustrating few hours where I couldn't figure out how the grille was attached. I called their customer service and they said the grille either had magnets or "snapped" but neither was true. I was surprised by the screw holes behind the bars (see picture), and the included instructions are just wordless pictures, which only made me more frustrated. Finally after playing around with them for an hour trying to figure out how to change/glue them, the screen part in my hand fell off (see additional picture). Now I see that the manufacturer has answered the question I asked here on Revain and they are absolutely right. I just want him to be the person I spoke to at the support desk, not the person I spoke to. Finally, I hope this helpful representative will take my photos and add them to the install/support manual pages as this information is nowhere to be found. Many Thanks.
