My daughter is not yet of the age when we want to give her a smartphone, but she loves taking pictures with mine. lol but not lol I didn't want to give up in a phone fight, so we decided to go down the digital camera route. I will say they are vastly superior to what I had when they first showed up. The quality of the images is excellent even when we upscale them to a higher resolution on the laptop. And it can increase the distance quite well without losing quality. It really speaks for itself and is light enough to carry around in a hoodie pocket.
