These are thin polyester gloves. They are similar to those that sandwich shops use. However, they didn't break when I used them to marinate chicken. These weren't really the gloves I was looking for as I had a large amount of ground beef to mix in and the thinness of the product meant it came off if I took my hand away. Worked great on cuts of meat like chicken breasts so I decided to leave the gloves on and look for other gloves I need. When the company contacted me I told them what I was looking for, more like my old restaurant where they cooked. They informed me I was looking for vinyl gloves and then offered to send me a box of samples to test. They were very responsive, with a good product. I will definitely buy from them again!
