There were problems with the suction at first, but he found a spot where the suction works. Very durable, I especially like the expandable and retractable sides to keep the phone in place, with a quick and easy release button. Soft bumpers add extra softness to your phone, also a popular lower "lip", all together keep the phone safe and secure. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to try several areas of the dashboard to find an area with strong suction. The site should be flat and smooth (lightly textured). The only reason I found this disappointing is that it didn't soak up where I wanted to put it, but ended up finding the exact spot I needed! (Only the hat should be flat and even). The only thing I would like to improve is the length of the side arms (back to front). Just because my phone with the case barely fits in it. But again, the padding provides extra support to keep the phone securely in place. Overall very satisfied and great value for money!
