I'm pretty sure they won't damage anything
These springs seem to be of good quality and I hope they do some work. Trouble is, I didn't notice even a slight difference in ride quality, so I'm not entirely sure they help with front load distribution at all. I'm pretty sure they don't hurt anything so maybe they're worth it, just for your peace of mind, but I'm not sure if they're worth the price.
