The 2 in 1 coffee grinder idea is great for those of us with small kitchens and limited desk space and I appreciated the minimalist design (I bought dark grey ). after less than a few months of occasional use. First, part of the salt mill was clogged and it was difficult to grind ordinary sea salt crystals. I thought it might be because moisture got into the plastic gears so I let it dry but the problem persisted. Then part of the pepper mill stopped working at all - turning the knob at the top stopped turning the gears. I will return the product and buy a different brand next time. Review updated December 16, 2013: I contacted customer service to get a replacement Y-Grinder. It took Art+Cook about a month to send a new replacement, but they agreed to replace it with no fuss. Unfortunately the box was left on the porch of my apartment building and I never received it (it was most likely stolen). Art+Cook never sent me tracking information or even a notification that a new coffee grinder would be sent to me, so I couldn't be home to receive the package. When I kindly asked Art+Cook to send me another one, they declined. On the one hand, I understand their reluctance to send another one (due to the tracking information showing it was delivered); but on the other hand it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
