Material and finish appear to be good, nozzle size and consistency are good, and it doesn't take much pressing force to dispense sauces. The three different colors are pleasing and satisfy the basic need to recognize the content. They also wash well without fading and there was no noticeable odor that you would expect from a cheap plastic product. The flavor of the sauces did not change after being bottled and aged in the refrigerator for 24 hours with the spouts covered with a piece of plastic wrap. One downside - and an important one for me and the reason for the deduction of two stars - is that the bottles do not have a nozzle guard or are twisted as is the case with typical bottles of this type. I think that's a big oversight for an otherwise good product.
