This is my second purchase of this brand. I used their screen protector on my S8 and wanted it on my S20+. I like how it feels. There are no problems with the touch sensor. The app may seem daunting to some at first, but I was able to apply without the video. It's pretty easy once you've done it. I've found that the clip you put into the charging port to align the screen causes the screen protector to sit lower on the screen and closer to the bottom of the phone. So I used it as a guide but didn't make 3 holes on the parts so my protection was even on the screen. As for the camera protection, it was a bit difficult to get to the cameras at all. Haven't used it yet to determine if I like it or not. I wish it was a protection like the front screen, like leather, not tempered glass. I feel like my camera looks a little blurry when focusing. But then again I haven't used it to really know.
