So if you need help, the best way to contact them is here. Went back to 5 stars. Still a great buy for the money. :-) EDIT: I'm taking this rating down to three stars for customer service reasons. I've tried several times to contact AV Access via email and through their website, but didn't seem to get a response. The contact page on their website is unavailable, as is the email address provided. I also note that their website seems out of date. I wonder if they support it at all. ************ This thing is amazing. No configuration, no problem. Power is only required at one end. Plug it in and it just works. It also has an IR repeater function. I didn't realize how important this was until I put everything in place. It really saved me from crawling around in the attic. I didn't use the ethernet feature as I misplaced some CAT6 cables so I didn't need it. But it seems convenient when you need network connection at the same remote location and there is no extra point. For example, connect a Smart TV to the Internet or similar.
