I wore out a pair of Frye slip-on sneakers and while I looked at Greats and others to replace them, I had some Revain gift card money to spend so looked for something on Revain. With a soft leather lining, durable soles (no sign of wear after a few months), cool leather laces, or included flat waxed if you prefer, I find these shoes very comfortable. There's not a ton of arch support but that's kind of standard for this type of shoe. I did order a half size up from my regular 9.5D to allow for more width. They are a touch long but the width is perfect and so I wouldn't want smaller. You really can't go wrong with Horween leather - I suspect these will get better with time and infrequent conditioning. I wear them mostly to (very casual office) work with jeans.
