I'm quite mechanical by nature and it took me several hours to replace this item. It's no fun when your son is waiting for his dad to fix his crazy cart. After going on YouTube and watching the video, I finally got the hang of it. This is the tricky part that needs to be correct. The basic instruction set doesn't require much. I scratched several joints and was very annoyed during the repair. A product is only as good as it is easy to use. In this case, I'm deducting a star for the lack of instructions and a star for the excessive complexity of inserting the part. Otherwise the quality seems good.
