I've had this on my car for 2 years now. The one I received just had the letter "B" and not "BL" like in the stock photos; it was a Korean packaging. The rubberized mat alone does slip off and isn't secure enough. The other reviewer mentions about putting duct tape under it which helps it from slipping off; I haven't had any problems since then. You really want to make sure it does not slip off.I use this quite frequently for turning - 2 years and I haven't had the bolts or anything falling off, so I'm happy with that; it looks great in my car.The benefit of having this is making turns easier, especially U-Turns with just one hand.If you've never used this before, I suggest getting used to it in a empty parking lot and make sure it doesn't slip off or anything because that can be more disastrous/dangerous in actual traffic.I had a phase where I was putting all kinds of junk/upgrades to my car and this happened to be one of them; it turned out to be actually useful and not a gimmick. You want to have the knob on the inner side of the wheel, not on the outer side, because that can be more dangerous. These are also known as "Suicide Knob", not entirely sure how it got the name, but there is a worry when your airbag goes off and this is attached.
