I like that it can be used with any office software, so there's no need to have special training or certification in order to use this tool. It also has multiple language options which makes it much easier if you're working with other people who don't speak your native tongue! Sometimes when using Excel as an input data source, it will not allow me to enter certain characters such as accents. This may just be because my computer doesn't recognize them, but it would help to know beforehand whether they are supported by the app. It's great having all of these tools available at one time. We've been able to pull specific sets of information from our customers' spreadsheets with relative ease since we started using this application.
