mine works fine
After reading reviews about it not working properly I decided to find out how it works before using it on my batteries. I've found that as long as both screw caps are closed against air leaks, the water stops. flows once the tip is submerged. Mine worked fine, no problems. One thing I noticed about my bottle is that I can see light coming from a tiny pinhole in the bottom of the bottle. I don't know if it's really a hole or just a tiny air bubble in the plastic. In any case, no water leaks through and the bottle works normally.
