based on our own experience this paper punch is perfect for creating unique designs on scrapbook pages and envelopes. It's easy to use and cuts CLEANLY every time. The compact size makes it easy to store in our craft supplies. The only con is that it can only punch one sheet of paper at a time. Overall, we highly recommend this paper punch for any arts and crafts enthusiast!
