I bought this bag for a trip to Tokyo starting April 15th and now a week later one of the zippers came loose, the zipper puller fell off and today the hardware secures the fallen apart shoulder strap to the bag. This bag was only used to carry things like a wallet, a guide book, some tissues and sometimes a bottle of water while traveling and walking around the city. I'm incredibly disappointed; before the bag started falling apart i really enjoyed it and was looking forward to new adventures. Now I must find a new companion in my travel bag.
