Great customer service after bowl problem
UPDATE: I have contacted the manufacturer after being unable to return the broken mug to Revain. They reacted immediately and immediately sent a new pot. New pitcher in perfect condition, no cracks. If cracks appear I will update this post. I am impressed with the customer service and the very quick response. ------- I liked it when I first got it. I make kombucha in it and the faucet works great. But after a few weeks, many cracks appeared (see photo). I missed Revain's return deadline by two days (I was busy with a new semester at university). I hope the manufacturer refunds my money. I'll look for a new pulp.
