Terrible quality. Bubbles and holes in the glaze over the entire surface of the container. The glaze is applied unevenly, brush marks are visible. The vessel was not sanded before the glaze was applied, the bumps are clearly visible. It would be a keeper if quality control did its job. The spigot is designed for heavy-duty applications. I really like the design but I will definitely come back. I will try something else.

They respond quickly to questions and when my jug cracked slightly when I opened it, they impressed me with their quick response and ability to serve their customers well. UPDATE: I have contacted the manufacturer after being unable to return the broken mug to Revain. They reacted immediately and immediately sent a new pot. New pitcher in perfect condition, no cracks.
