This looks and feels like a quality cable. The OD is as advertised where I measured the copper looks clean. The shell feels rubbery and smells chemical, probably EPDM. It and the wire have good flexibility at room temperature. I won't know how it fares in the cold until I get back to Utah, but EPDM usually works well. This cable is made in the USA. Torbon X is a brand of Electric Wire & Cable Specialists, an American company that has been in business since 1994, according to its website.
