Not quite what is advertised

Revain's description says "Power consumption: 100-250 VAC, 50/60 Hz". However, when I received the item, it had a 100-125V input. I asked the seller and he was told that the USB inputs are rated for 110-250V, not wall outlets; However, I could use them for this purpose. Decided to go back and look elsewhere. However, it looks like a pretty good device when the maximum input voltage from outlets is 125V.
