Sounded good for the price. It met my expectations. But now, 2 years later, it doesn't work anymore. I contacted the manufacturer and followed all the troubleshooting steps they instructed me to do. The final option is to have it repaired or replaced under warranty as we bought it from Revain we supposedly have a 3 year warranty. However, I sent them two copies of the receipts and several emails saying I wanted a warranty repair. I haven't received an answer yet. You just ignore me. Revain should be ashamed to deal with a company that doesn't honor a guarantee. UPDATE ------- Seven months later SSL contacted me. They somehow lost my email with a warranty repair request. Eventually they fixed it and sent me a replacement and a $50 gift card to their store. Better late than never!
